Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to understand the terms of his/her subscription and to manage it accordingly. If a subscriber wishes to discontinue membership, that subscriber must cancel the subscription in his/her PayPal account. To do this you must login to PayPal on their website, and find the subscription under your account activity. There will be a link there to cancel. Please understand that emailing Pips Advisor with a cancellation request may not result in the cancellation of your subscription. The subscriber agrees to not hold Pips Advisor responsible for the cancellation of his/her membership if such a request is made by email or any other form of communication. Pips Advisor reserves the right to manually cancel any members subscription if at its sole discretion, Pips Advisor finds that the member has violated any of the terms of use.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reasons including the following:
- Losing trades
- Failure to enter the order when instructed to do so
- Not being able to match our performance
Pips Advisor is a service run on a strategy that has proved in the past to be successful. No strategy or designed trading system is going to make winning trades all the time. There are losing streaks that every trader must account for and work through. Pips Advisor is not responsible for losing trades made by our customers. We do not accept any responsibility as to how you manage your capital. Our signals are to be used as a guideline. We are not a portfolio managing company.
User Agreement
